just a couple of things tbh
i want to say it was aev that did testing but i cant remember but if the bumper has no give what so ever it does actually delay the sensor or makes it not work like it should. with my old bumper i doubt it would cause it to go off unless hit really hard....thats why arb is very nice and designed well and normally cost a bit more

ya forgot about konza even thou my buddy austin tells me about them a good bit i always forget

So crumple zones of the OEM bumper slows the impact, giving the Airbag equipment time to deploy before you break your face on the wheel.

    EDIT: I got it backwards.

Actually a stiffer bumper would transfer the energy faster to the rest of the chassis setting off the sensor sooner. But I'm no engineer and don't feel like getting punched in the face with one ever again so lol. nice thing is these airbag sensors i can confirm are reusable, considering the new airbag did not deploy after install and battery hookup.

it will transfer it faster to the occupant of the vehicles a crumble zone is designed to slow the impact so it gives the airbags the right amount of time to go off in the impact so it doesnt hit you in a wrong way or injury you more then it should. and id imagine they dont seem like the nice soft pillows they show in cartoons lol

oh no big stinky weighted boxing gloves from jake paul. surprised my nose wasn't broken. Design has a lot to do with offroad bumpers as well. My Okee Built bumper was decently angled so when i impacted even the flatness of a chevy, my truck tried to climb as opposed to squaring up on the tailgate.

This the correct definition of Man Boobs? Let me go update Urban Dictionary for Moobs. Personally I like the soft airbags… we call them boobs! But gotta run and update the internet! BRB!

    Jebus you people are busy

Cool. They make some good suspension for the Nissan crowd (4Runners too, on the east coast)

They look good too. Seen one of their trucks here (at Windrock, during last year's Shamrock Shakedown) and they do look good and perform well.

Forward camera is on your windshield. And TSS can/should be disabled.

    I mean.... :anonymous:

Buddy's 4Runner did that, climbed halfway up the Dodge Caravan that cut across 3 Lanes of traffic to make a left turn in front of him.
