They likely wouldnt have rolled as their nose would go straight into the same rock they are wedged into, and it would be a relatively simple vertical winch to pull it back up. truck is totaled already so this way you don't need a ladder to get back into it

 

unsure on that one without seeing the full cliff side but i wouldnt doubt its possible to roll on it
