The VG33 is a good engine, not super powerful but it runs 5 ever with no maintenance and cheap fuel (which seems liek Jaxon's MO anyway)

 

Plus titan hardware is all direct bolt in.

They did, but they were still pretty gutless when you compared them to their later N/A offerings. I had a chance to drive a few before I got my Frontier, that and my best friends wife had an Xterra I borrowed often when I only had my motorcycles.

JET is garbage.

 

From what they’ve said they’re still working on k line. But it’s super low priority. They just added support for the 05+ tundra 4.7 which use the same Architecture for the ecu as the 03-04 tacos. Potentially see those soon.

 

That carpet is thin as hell with virtually no backing. They really built them to be as minimalistic as possible.

 

I have no doubt she will. But you'll see soon enough where your mod money and free time disappears to lol. But the reward is far greater. Keep in mind I haven't raised a teenager yet.

 

It's been a while since I looked at Xterras but I remember that certain years were prone to automatic transmission failure. I think it was the transmission cooler failing internally, allowing coolant and transmission fluid to mix. Failure tended to happen between 70k and 100k miles--conveniently just out of warranty.
