lol, almost, selling house on 5 acs(218,000sq ft) with 5 car garage and 40x60 shop, with almost 4,000 Sq feet of garage/shop space, down sizing to cookie cutter house with 380sq garage, lol. The guy did say he has a friend that might be interested in the truck, he took pictures of it.


I still have boys in HS and momma(younger than me) needs 5 more years on her teachers pension. New house/garage, haha and this house sits on a 5,000sq ft lot, and @Oldie2007 it has No trees, No flower beds, F all that pretty nonsense and wasted time.



Current house is basically be sold almost twice as much,, than I paid for it, I will have enough and then some to build barndo retirement home at farm free and clear. Sometimes ya gotta step back, before ya make those nice bigger steps forward.

My heart, soul and freedom is at my farm, and that large 40x80 metal carport where the single wide trailer is parked under, has the potential to be a shop one day.

Good Morning SA! Got all adjusted yesterday - she made the better fitting ear pillows work for me - nothing but feedback when I tried. Amazing what she can tweak. Left a bag (clerk didn't put it in the cart) at Harbor Freight, so go get that this AM. Then I got some putzes to do around the house.
Tomorrow, we'll WASTE a day pulling up DEAD LANDSAPING so that I can put down NEW MULCH, WASTING YET ANOTHER DAY OF OUR LIVES. I do this JUST for Scott! Because no one wants to sit around the pool in a yard full of weeds and scrub.

If those plants/trees do not provide food(fruit or vegetables), your definitely wasting your sweat, time, energy, water and nutrients just to make something look good. No body cares about the cool kids keeping up with Kardashians having non edible landscaping plants while sitting in a pool.

Food insecurity (availability/costs, droughts, population increases) will become a major issue for most Americans in next 20 years, and then a good quality burger will cost ya about $25, want lettuce, pickles, onion and couple slices of jalapeños, add $5, add cheese slice $3.
History and inflation predicts this.

BTW, New house, no HOA & no fees, but it is located in da city, it will be the first time in my life to temporarily reside in a city...prayers accepted please!

Good morning fellas, I saw a horrible accident today on interstate 10! It reminded me that this life can be taken in a blink of an eye… live life and love your love ones like tomorrow is not promised! Man… it made me hug my girls before I went to bed.. y’all have a nice one today!

No pic but get what you're referring to, just keep working with it and it will get better. I got a newer machine not long ago and what a difference it makes. I need to put the gas to it and see how things come out.
