For those who don't have bed lights this was an easy $20 option. These lights have a motion sensor plus a power button so you can choose to leave them on/off as well. I used 50lb heavy duty mounting tape to adhere to the bed so all I would need is some adhesive remover to return back to stock if I decided I didn't like them. But, so far so good!

A week late -and trivial- but just wanted to remind you that the defroster uses the air conditioner (to dry the air).
So when asked if the noise is heard "with the A/C off?", having the defroster on would not meet that condition. The A/C/ will be on when running the defroster.

So i ordered mine a while ago for a decent price 95ish but just found a AMAZON Warehouse Deal for 45. Thanks for prompting me to look. Unfortunately it's the last one (I like to help others) but worked for me.... return the new, get the like new one... BAM $65 in my pocket. thank you amazon.

FWIW I always look at the warehouse deals and the condition for me at least has been pretty much like new. Sometimes it may not have a box or the box it a little worn but it's paid off for me many A time. And if the condition isn't like they say just return it.... easy.

    Order Summary
    Item(s) Subtotal:
    $41.15
    Shipping & Handling:
    $0.00

    Total before tax:
    $41.15
    Estimated tax to be collected:
    $3.29

    Grand Total:
    $44.44

Got mine today. Came in an Amazon box wrapped in cardboard and plastic. Didn't have a Drawtite box, but the paint is glossy and clean and all the hardware/instructions are there. Looks brand spanking new to me. Worth every bit of 47.60 with tax. It's a Damn steal

I could not believe it was for me only 44.44 shipped. Amazon claims it's like new and if past experiences are any indication this will be like new or even actually new

... How can they even ship it for that? Not that I am complaining but yea it's F-N steal!

I said it before but worth repeating I always check the Amazon other sellers section for the warehouse deals and returns etc. I often save half the price off of new.

For the guys who bought the Draw Tite: Doesn't the SR trim doesn't come with a tow hitch? I've never towed anything and don't know how tow hitches work...

My SR did come with the tow hitch/receiver package. In fact, I am a bit confused about the difference between my SR and the next trim level up. I think the only difference is the SR5 only has a larger screen. I bought it used. Maybe the original owner bought the truck with all the extras??

Tow package (receiver hitch, trailer wiring harness, trans cooler and oil cooler) was a factory option on SR in 2016 and 2017 often paired with the convenience package. Not sure about configuration in subsequent years, but at some point the accessory trans cooler went away entirely.

i think it was available, maybe standard with the 2GR equipped trucks… it was not a selectable option for my access cab with convenience package, i know that much.

i was actually quite surprised mine came without the receiver... at the time i figured a towing package would be a trans cooler and bigger battery, i just assumed the receiver and wiring would be standard. obviously i don’t tow much or i probably would’ve been more prescient.

i ended up sourcing an oem receiver second hand for 20 bucks. unfortunately though, it didn’t come with the proper bolts or supplementary L-brackets. that ended costing like another hundred, just an fyi to anyone that finds one on craigslist, etc.

My 2018 SR came with the optional tow package. It includes the hitch, wiring connection already wired with anti-sway, and trans and oil cooler. I paid 30K for it new with 6 miles on the truck. It did not have Nav, just basic radio, but I changed the head unit to the Premium with Nav.
