our winter was basically those 2 weeks around xmas where it rained a lot, then boom...spring.

 

Same up here. It's going to be 58 at lake level on Saturday. Possibly snow on Tuesday but I feel like that's going to fizzle out.

I still have a glacier in my yard that refuses to melt from December.

 

And here I am wanting to go snow wheeling again

I didn't realize NM had such a high average elevation...5700 ft. damn

Only driven through it a couple times when I was a kid so I don't really remember much about it.

 

Same here but I feel like all I'm going to get is about 50 ft. Trying to get the green truck out.

The parts I remember were wide open desert, but we drove through the lower portion when moving between TX and CA. Looks like further north is where it gets really scenic

 

Yea I’ve only ever spent time in the Northern part, pretty badass place
