I'm guessing 2 oil changes and air filter servicing. What is throwing me off is your cases of beer and no oil filters. The ratio between beer and oil is 2 to 1. That's a high ratio for such a small job even if you include the air filter servicing. Is there going to be an oil change party?

Squirter is actually the winner. There is really three oil changes going on as we are working on my neighbors 64 GTO as well, but he has his own oil.
    Should be a fun weekend.

Well either the last couple weeks of hot cold cycle has caused some woolwax to leak down into my brakes OR the master cylinder is starting to go bad. Since it's not been comfortable, I'm holding off on pulling wheels to check pads/rotors for residue, which I feel like is an easy first step. But after that, I am going to have to look at my Chilton's to figure out how to be really sure it's not the master cylinder or booster. Here's hoping.

Spyder. Bought them off of TB when they were super cheap. Now they're double the price or more Horrible light output but they look nice lol. I'll probably go back to OEM at some point.

Going full out with a Dynamat treatment has definitely been one of my favorite mods of all time. Right up there with the paid off mod.

Besides showing off my new Coops and most excellent set of new wheels:yes:

I gave some TLC to my very neglected tip and hole, oh yea, it’s been awhile:jerkoff: I got up in there real nice and deep like:thumbsup:

And for all you curious parties who like me are skeptical as to the claim that the chemical guys make regarding their light metal polish also serving as a temporary (few weeks/washes) protectant against water spots, road grime and carbon build-up, I will be updating y’all as to my thoughts on the matter in two weeks. I may not always clean my tip but I damn sure eye ball its condition on the regular.9AAB8B43-099F-46D5-814D-C87C52D1D45A.jpg

Adding more and more to my list of things to do once the weather is nice and I can work on the truck outside.... So far the list is over 15 items to install/replace/cut/change/adjust or pay to have done. Why can't this state have stable weather?

I have Copper ST max and love them. I don't clean my chrome tip as I wish it was black so the less I clean it the closer to black it becomes. :anonymous:

You know it’s a funny thing, I loath chrome, can’t stand it, but I dig my chrome tip for some strange reason, I don’t understand it myself, but i feel you. I think it’s because I’ve vanquished all other chrome existence on my truck and that little chrome tip provides a nice contrast to all the murdering/blacked-out I’ve done. I do Wish they made a black tip for the TRD catback for 2nd gens though.

I have replaced rear bumper front grill with oem grill painted to match, plastic tipped my emblems etc...All for deleting the chrome. That tip is the last thing I have to do and I have dropped the ball on this. It can kiss my ass. Just my .02 cents.

What’s your plan with the tip? Replacing the whole TRD catback or cutting the tip off and welding and or fitting something else on?

Ok, here is what I was REALLY doing in the garage today. Trying to get an RCI skid plate to play nicely with an All Pro bumper was un-fun. I ended up having to grind the front lip of thr skid plate to get it around thr bumper.

About half of an inch was ground down from this.

    20220210_113437.jpg

And here they are harmoniously joined.

    20220210_150937.jpg

Of course there was the oil change and air filter cleaning. Fun day in the garage.

This is awesome. Not sure a lot of folks on here could have figured this out or executed from what I've seen from some of the newer generation threads on here. That's tight!

That's an ARB bumper? The gauge on that looks really thin. I didn't know they made anything like that.
I am pretty sure that isn't an ARB.

:spending: Wish I was doing it myself but no skills  by the time it’s done probably around $4500 . Original estimate was $3500 with out the Dynamat or redoing sliders . Cab vent and tank straps all extra .
