No one person can perpetrate a breach - it takes a whole village of idiots.

    See "separation of duties."

Anyone else with constant Outlook crashes? It seems it started with 2110 and the rollout of Microsoft Edge WebView 2 for search functionality.

We have a custom built project management platform that is pretty decent, but a seriously bloated helpdesk ticketing system from our 3rd party helplessdesk that I probably shouldn't mention on the internet.

Our PMs are using Jira for their project stuff, but our enterprise is using Service Now for absolutely everything else.

I don't have any experience with Service Now, so I can't complain about it yet!

I preferred CA’s Service Desk Manager over SNOW, but because it was on-prem and encrypted everything. SNOW is in the cloud, and I’m like “you want us to list every issue and piece of equipment in a vendor cloud?”

The security community refused to comply and still uses Remedy for anything security-related.

We just use our K1000 appliance's built in service desk for user issues. It's okay.

Teachers don't like that they can't put in tickets from home over the evenings and weekend. I love that they can't do that.
