    That's a lot of real estate! Cold smoked a lot of cheese but never fruit/apples. Are you cooking with em or just for eating?

    I didn’t want to hot smoke the tomatoes or onions for batch making salsa. I figured… why not fruit, too? We’re going to try some different things with them and see how they do. I’m all about trying new things and I had the space!

    Got a little drunk for the SB and too lazy to smoke wings… so I did yesterday. Made a Parmesan garlic sauce for them. Never smoked wings yet, can’t believe it’s taken so long..
