Whoever you are, I'm guessing that your sliders are welded and you have a lot of faith in the car thief not wanting to bring down the house.

Somehow I don’t think that rear broom hanger will suffice. Or maybe it already didn’t.

That's a lot of real-estate for rear shocks...

I'm digging the unfinished metal and the ham freq on the back

It could really use some kind of fender or mud flaps to comply with the state vehicle code.
Edit: and not throw rocks and road debris at cars behind

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

What does the State vehicle code say by the way?

Don't want to get pulled over.
Could care less about the cars behind me

Just looked it up. Vehicle code 27600 just says a vehicle must have fenders or mud flaps at least as wide as the tread. Which makes me good to go.

    Lol!

Someday when I build my bumper and rear corner protection I want to put the stock mud flaps back on but cut off the top part so it's still high enough to not get ripped off but have the 4WD on there.

Right now they mud flaps are just extra aluminum sheet metal from the wheel well that I never trimmed off. Seems to work well enough but it's slowly tearing from metal fatigue.

I'm looking at making some easily removable mud flaps that I can just take off when I hit the trail.

For CA I'm legal... because my flares cover the tread, and that's all that is specified in the VC. But places like Utah require the upper half of the tire to be covered by either the body of the vehicle or a mud flap.

My entire tire is exposed to the rear... it wouldn't be legal in Utah.

I have my truck up and running again. I went from completely stock to babe magnet. Must have reversed polarity cause no chicks are flagging me off the road. Only bros giving the thumbs up. Had califabrication do the hydro setup, brake lines, rear leaf pack and modify the center crossmember section to clear the front drive shaft. I still need to build my front bumper, weld my sliders on, wire up my sensors to trick the ECU and hook up my front arb. It rides great. Looks great. Pumped.
