My DIY radio harness for the truck is done. Yay me. Built in T for the aftermarket amp with high level inputs too. Stock harness on the right. Mine left.

 

That’s a great idea!

As much as I love all of my red tools, that’s one that would probably never get used again after this project.

It’s super bougie, but I’d rather throw money at this instead.

Don't have a 3D printer myself, and though it'd be cool, I think the 'finish' would bother me too much.

Definitely would come in handy with an extremely hard to find part though.

 

Yeah it's been a noisy pump since day one. Unfortunately it came with the 7th injector kit from URD and I didn't know prior that it had that tendency, else I would've used a different one.

 

The new resin printers make prints that don't have the lined finish, we have one at work and it's very impressive.

 

It's that rough, textured finish I can't stand.

 

I've bought a couple of pieces off of Mud that I can't use. Not inexpensive items either. One large item doesn't fit. One was deformed when I removed it from the box.

Got my ass ripped for over $100 with that.

The guy that got my 4R is looooving it.

He doesn't really wheel as much to push that thing to its limit though so it's really over-built for his use.

An NRC source told us that if “nuts and bolts” come from China, for example, the vendor or licensee needs to follow the commercial grade dedication program if the parts are used in U.S. nuclear power 18 IAEA’s Nuclear Energy Series NP-T-3.26, Managing Counterfeit and Fraudulent Items in the Nuclear Industry. 9 plants; moreover, the DOC is ultimately responsible for controls regarding the importation of commercial grade components used in nuclear power plants. The NRC source said licensees, not the NRC, are responsible for which parts end up in their plants.
