Tuning for 03 performance

Any tuning suggestions for mpg for my 03 prerunner double cab?

 

I'm about to replace all my ignition coils and spark plugs as well and a drive shaft center bearing and u joint replacement. Pray for me

 

Nothing you can tune or flash to the ECU’s. Our computers are locked.

In all seriousness- as the others have mentioned, the ECU is locked out. Any "chips" or add on devices are all lies. Best thing you can do for performance is catch up on all the maintenance items. I recently changed out my fuel injectors and that brought back some mpg. But you'll never magically add mpg the truck didn't have rolling off the factory floor.

yes please post some pics of this unicorn. 27k miles, this truck should be a cherry, engine isn't even broken in yet.
