Got my kit Friday RED w the rear add on. Install was easy but I have no ambient light. Held the door button in and had my headlights on while running, turned the screw both ways and got nothing. Should I go back and double check the pin out on the harness or what ?

Or it could be a PWM issue. We haven’t had a harness failure due to pinning yet. Take the LOW connector coming off of the main harness and plug it into the HIGH setting on the PWM. Then close the door, lock it, and turn on your headlights. See if it turns on at full brightness.

Ok, seems like only one feed has power coming down. Plugged that into the low and I can adjust brightness. Haven’t probed anything but it seems like there is no power on the low side. Rechecked plugs and all are secure.

UPDATE: reseated everything as it should be and now all is good. Thank you gentlemen! may have just been a funky pin in the plug.

Thanks. So I got the aqua kit for both the front and the rear. Idk why the fronts look more blue in the photo but can assure you they are aqua and match the lighting inside the dash. Stock halogen map lights and rear Meso dome light. Both quality are top notch from Meso and Kmorgan.

Yes sirr! @MESO V2 dual maps and dome. I was going to get a pair for the rears but I don't think I'll need it. I might just put them behind the rear seats...

But can you make these illuminate to the beat of the bass to illuminate the fog from my fog machine? Asking for a friend.

Just got done installing mine. The longest part was messing around in the apillar section since I had the extra harness attached in there and also my dash cam wires. I routed the wire through passenger panels for rears and just mounted the led strips to the front of the rear seats. I originally was going to mount it to the rear of the front seats but I though this was an better option. I just have the wires tucked under the seats. I rarely fold my seats down.

    Nice!
How do the sill covers come off? Do the just pop off using a trim tool? I've got rears coming and am looking for ideas on how to run the wires.

Yes they just pop off. I just used my hands. I did remove the passenger side before to install the oem tail gate lock, so it was a bit easier for me.

    Thanks!!

I had the same struggle with the harness in the A pillar. That took the vast majority of my time for the fronts.

No problem! Did you have the extra harness as well? I couldnt really get the oem harness to sit straight towards the bottom.

Yes, the Pros have them, too. I had to move the OEM harness cable some and maneuver things around to get it to fit.

Now I’m thinking of adding aqua blue in the rears.
