I'll probably hit mine wjtj the pressure washer a bit later to get the turds off but I'm not dealing with a car wash on a Saturday in the winter when it's this nice out. Nope. Maybe later there's a 24hour one down the road hit that at like 9.

    Do it. Adds +10 horsepower.

There are two in town here - one is excellent and one is awful. The good one has a really tight turn to get to the automatic bay, though, so I try to go when it's unlikely that someone will get behind me. People are usually good about it but if someone doesn't give me space, I can't back up to make the corner. I was going to dig out the pressure washer but decided it was too much work and went at 8 AM to spray it off by hand there. It's in the garage now and I'm going to clean the inside soon.

I just finished filing my taxes. Only owed federal $7, so I must have my W4 done correctly. I did notice I've been making a small mistake on my MA return for a while now - there's a $100 exemption for bank interest but I've been missing it because I've been putting my bank interest on an interest and dividends line. I usually am over $100 in bank account interest, so that exemption saves me $5.

Damn that's a good deal. I think this summer I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and replace all the hard lines. I only did a small section, but what's to say another one isn't close to spewing brake fluid and making stopping difficult at an inopportune time....

Cool. Good to know there are options when mine inevitably rusts in 10 years haha.

I was bored and it was nice out. Taped up and hit my sliders with some touch ups. Worth it. They're sliders not luxury supercars so I'm not too fussed but they needed it. Need to grab some grip tape for where I step to get in and out.

So, since I didn’t want to destroy the ball joint press with a pipe wrench, I went to try and get a super long 7/8 wrench. Nobody has a really long one, so I ended up buying a 24” monkey wrench…

It’s like, when will we ever need them? But when we do, we’re glad we have em!

Hit the new receiver with some Fluid Film. That should hold until our friend in Taunton can do his Wool Wax magic.

From what I can say, we are already at the endemic stage. I know a number of people from their early thirties into the late seventies who have caught the latest strain. Every one of them describes it as a bad cold nothing more.

Well this ought to be fun. Why don't you just ask which synthetic oil you should be using, and if it's safe to go beyond 3-5k between changes on it.

I have one of those! Thing weighs like 30-40 lbs. I use it for tightening balls to ball mounts (towing but insert your own take here)

I just need mine for a ball joint press, lol. Not enough ground clearance to get a socket on the sucker.

My years long add a bathroom in the basement project is moving along well. Framing is up, rough plumbing is done, rough electrical is done. Plumbing has been signed off, so the trench in the floor can be filled. I was talking about that with the contractor and told him I'd be very happy if he had his guys fill in The Big Dig sometime this week.

If you're from New England, you'll get that reference.

Yeah, I'd like to keep it. I just need to find a good spot to relocate the flags to if I put these stripes on.

While we're talking about flags, this sounds fun. Who'd be down for a New England Edition of Capture The Flag?
