Yeah it would make it more brittle but would it be enough to notice, I won't find out. Ordered 4 new clips for $25. So that's next week. This weekend I'm gonna add my shock tower reinforcement

 

If we are lucky... It's gonna hit 60° tomorrow and the sun will be out.

Think it's been colder for you this winter than us. Was in the 50s most the week. Snowed one day but back up to 50s. Near 60 tomorrow too.

Ha what's the haunted part? You get a discount for that? Hahaha

House is from 1910 haha, just old. But really nice inside and quite big for the footprint at 2400sq ft.

Yeah I'm not sure how I feel about that yet, I might remove it. Or perhaps replace it with something even more phallic.

 

Fully insulated and has a loft storage too which is nice

 

Hoping my new garage will be similar sized or so.

 

I'm pretty pumped, gonna change some stuff around with the house first, specifically the kitchen, but shop lighting is high on the list. And a better fence, gotta do that too.

 

You buying it? Or renting?

 

Parents wanted another property, I'll be living in it and when the time is right I'll be buying it.

 

At first I thought maybe you were renting it. Now, not so sure.

How is the plumbing and electrical in the house?
