Good Lord. That'd been my luck. Except it would've been my dad, and the car would've been for sale in the front yard the next day.

It's the MX4. I bought it and installed about a year before deciding to get a bed rack. Then figured I'd get the adapter so I could have both. Unfortunately you cannot open the MX4 very much with the bed rack on so I'm looking at replacing with the Revolver X4 since it will just roll open with no issue.

Jeezuz! I'm averaging about 15.7 completely stock with combined city/hwy. Pretty sucky.

I had that happen on my old S2000, i laid it on top of the engine cover and it slid behind the engine onto a shelf between the engine and the firewall. I couldn't get it out no matter how hard i tried. Fortunately it was a secondary car so i was able to go get a cheap one from napa.

I had vent shades on my 05 and took them off for that very reason. Almost pulled out in front of cars too many times but the near encounter with a pedestrian scared the crap out me and him both.
Never again. Form follows function, and looking cool sometimes doesn't work for me.

Very nice man! How does that n2 differ from the 3 click and hold key fob start? It still cuts off when you open the door right?

Thanks so much! I’m insecure of the 265s for the time being, every Tacoma I see around here is either stock or on 285s or larger lol.

The light bar is a cheap Amazon bar on the Cali raised lower grill light bar mounts. It’s fairly easy to install, requiring only the front grill to be removed. A 30” will fit perfectly in there.
