    Probably the Acadia offered an upgrade headlight package, sounds like yours came with it.

    After watching the link in your post, I would like to have the assh..le who designed that part of the car fired.

    What a lame way replace a bulb, a person would give up--right NUNO.

    I don't know what the bulb would cost but the labor at the dealer ship would be at least 1 hr.+ and break a few tabs and charge a couple of $$$ each for broken parts that they screwed up.

    I haven't owned a GM product for some time because I was frustrated with how they took something simple and went Rube Goldberg

    on it.

    I'm sure other car MFG. follow the same path.

    My sister's boyfriend called me up today. He wants to buy a 1991 S-10 pickup and I'm going to look at it with him this Wednesday.

    It was bought at an estate sale and is a one owner vehicle and everything is original.

    It's my understanding one is to remove the front bumper cover to be able to remove the front headlight body, to be able to change the bulb on the Prius. Luckily I've not had to find out as of yet.

    On my 911 you have to remove the the tail lights and the rear bumper cover to change the airfilters!

    Came home for lunch and I found my terminal removers. They have a rubber grip and were stuck to the back of the plastic clipboard I was using.
    I've must've put the clipboard down right on top of them. :facepalm:
