Good morning folks. This was a nice and easy run this morning. Once my sinuses get back to normal, I am going to be MUCH better. I still felt good this morning.

Much better thank you... just need to keep up with those exercises.... get the cobwebs out of the knee everyday...

 

That's great, I am thinking this will eventually get easier.

 

It will absolutely. I was taught that whatever range of motion I achieve will be within the first 3 months of the surgery. So, twice a day I stretch and do multiple exercises.

 

Interesting, I have never had a surgery so it all seems strange at times when I hear of it learning and what not.
