I just used a hand drill and jig saw. I have the rtmr and if you take your time and are careful it can come out fine. I’m a finish carpenter though so I’m used to detail work. Metal fab is just slightly more tricky. Mark the straight lines with a knife and drill the corners to get the radius just so. The saw blade gets clogged easily and that’s really what slows cutting.

Finally pulled the trigger and installed a Powertray and a other goodies in my 2015 TRD Sport.

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to this thread.. it inspired me to finally get off my duff and do an install myself :)

Side note - trying out the new Auxbeam switch controller with the app that allows you to control everything from an app - time will tell if this pans out.

Nice looking panels! You guys using inserts in the stock holes in the engine bay sheet metal to attach them or some other method?

Nice and clean but the wires after the distribution block aren’t fused until after the relay box. The distribution box should have its own fuses for those wires like a blue seas panel or a Bussman where the main from the breaker goes to it and the distribution box is built in.

Anyone ever have issues with the bussman circuit breaker. Mine seems to be not fully resetting or cuts on/off abs I have to give the little swing bar a wiggle. Not sure what the best course of action is, my thoughts were to replace it.

Sweet! Source for the pressure regulator housing bolted to the charge controller panel?
Also, is the Install Bay set up for 24V input or are the two pos lugs in parallel?

It’s an UpDown air manifold and it’s currently not connected to an air tank but will be soon. Waiting on time to get it done.

The install bay piece is a “smart” isolator that connects both batteries together automatically when voltage is above 13v.

Is that a giant capacitor for a stereo or some massive load switch?
