Images like this make me hate Mew Jersey.

Especially the second one, nice shots.

Ha! I usually do. Sitting waiting 5 or 6 minutes while the fuel attendant finishes his tweet has become old. Screw that. If the dude isn't walking up to my vehicle after a minute, I just do it myself.

To me that's downside, not an upside. I won't buy fuel in NJ any time I go through there because I'm not letting some asshat touch my truck/car. I'll top off in NY even if I've got 3/4 tank just to make certain I don't have to stop for gas in that state.

Do not blame you. They always like to top off here, I absolutely hate it. I try to go to the same places. It only takes one instance of them being swamped for me to get the OK. They always appreciate it.

I was driving through probably 5 years ago and had no clue it was a law. I got out and started pumping and the attendant came out and started yelling at me. I just said "oh" and finished. Had to drive there 2 years ago and remembered so I did as others have stated and made sure I didn't need gas.

I got the blue so I can find it in the parking lot among all the white, black and gray vehicles. (I like blue anyway!) I also get occasional compliments on the color.

I haven't much luck with plasti dip. Sprayed 2 pieces at the same time, same prep. One piece came out with bubbles and the other had the texture of sandpaper. lol :pout:

Were they the same type of plastic?

Robby Layton had a video where he said "fish eyes" (lots of paint bubbles) can happen on lots of plastics. He showed that cleaning the surface with thinner can reduce/eliminate the issue.

I'd give a link, but can't remember which video it was.

Yeah they were the trim pieces around the head unit and left of the instrument cluster. Might give it another shot when it warms up a bit.

Okay. Thanks. I’ve heard it’s a pain to get the splines lined up correctly and if you don’t it’s disastrous. Think I’ll do the same when the time comes.
