I have a rattle that sounds like the door is partially closed coming from the area where the fukll sized door and the jump seat door meet. It seems itv only occurs when there is uneven flex on the frame such as driving down a rough forestry road. Speed bumps are potholesimpacying only one side of the truck don't produce age noise.Truck has only 30,000 soft duty miles on it. Any ideas of cause.

It sounds like an ACLB? If so, I believe folks have had the catch adjusted for that? And some have mentioned that wrapping the catch with something helps also?

I had a squeak in the rear door trim panel because of bad factory installation. Easy fix though.

Yes that is the model I have, so I guess I don't completely understand the reply "sounds like and ACLB"? What does that mean?

Sorry, there was a typo in there. Should have been: It sounds like an ACLB, as in that was my guess at your config.

Same noises for me. I've had that panel off several times. Interestingly, when the panel is off, it's silent as a mouse, but obviously I need the panel on. I ordered new clips (I think there are about 10) just to see if that would help, but it didn't. I've padded up where I thought would help, also. I don't think my driver's side door shuts correctly/securely, but my dealer couldn't find anything so I'm on my own there. I've read about noisy door seals that can be lubed. You might try that. I've read about adding felt pads to tighten up the door when it's closed. Also, as tonered mentioned above, some have taped the latches/catches to possibly tighten up the door when closed. If you are able to ID your rattle source, I'd be curious. Good luck!

    That sucks!

I'm not the biggest fan of shops, but you might want to chat with a good body shop near you. They are likely better at adjusting the doors than the dealer?

wrap the catch with electrical tape, few wraps stops it for a long time.

Could be the door and I am not familiar with the storage layout on AC trucks but if you have underseat/floor storage, you might check that. I wrap stuff in towels to stop the rattles.

I had a similar sounding rattle / squeak from the access cab rear door on the drivers side only. When I removed the rubber door gasket the panel actually snapped in place properly and the noise was gone. My guess is it just didn't get fully attached properly at the factory.
