    Yes.

On the Magnuson stock tune you can expect the following in 2nd gear.

    90mm pulley = 7 psi sustained 5-6k rpm. 8 psi redline

    87mm pulley = 8 psi sustained 5-6k. 9 psi redline

84mm pulley = Unknown. Probs 9-10 psi. Installed but haven’t hit full boost yet due to rain.

I’ve sent several emails regarding this to Gadget over at URD. No response.

I would imagine he has something in the works, unless he's busy working on their 3rg gen supercharger

I'm surprised at your gains with their Spec-U exhaust...I got a gain of 30hp/10ftlbs on my non supercharged truck (stock size tires for dyno). Are you running larger tires and regeared?

That’s a ridiculous gain for an exhaust NA. Was the dyno done on the same day? Same dyno? Same gear? Same tune? I dyno’d their Y pipe NA and it did 9 WTQ. No retuning. Same gear. Just bolt on while on the dyno and go. Removing the rear cats is where the majority of the gains are. The gains for the system on the supercharger is as expected. Again, installed this spec u system while the truck was on the dyno. @tonered can verify this as he saw the system getting installed at intec.

    Running 295 MT. Not regeared.

Holly Cow! Those shoes make my stock tires look like baby feet! What do you think is the loss in HP and TQ resultant in increasing tire size? Makes me think my SC'd 265 AT w 4.88's would fly.

Same dyno, same tune, both 3rd gear runs, done a few days apart to give the ECU a couple miles to adjust for the exhaust but the SoCal weather was exactly the same. Low 60's both days.

This is stock vs URD Spec-U and AFE Intake. I believe the dyno for AFE intake alone was 235hp/208TQ...so Spec-U gains were 22hp/18tq. This was on stock tune, so unfortunately no gear lock which is why it starts so high in the rpm range.

Running a higher flowing muffler with a turndown than what the Spec-U came with, but I doubt that makes any difference aside from being way louder.

Was the baseline done with no tune and the follow up done with a tune? Was the stock y pipe or exhaust damaged in any way prior to the baseline run somehow artificially decreasing that number? It’s an exhaust… Not a 50 shot nitrous. Lol

All runs done on stock tune, wheels and tires. I just got flashed with KDM Pro recently but haven't been back to the dyno with that yet. Truck had ~10k miles on it when those runs were done, no damage to stock exhaust system.

Can anyone get some pictures of this? I just spent the last hour crawling around inside and outside the truck. Nothing real obvious popped up.

Driver side footwell, there's a rubber grommet that has factory wires running through it from the engine bay.

Edit: if you watch the caliraised led light bar install video on their website or youtube, they run a harness through it and you'll see where it is

Is that the large diameter grommet with a MASS of wires going through it?

I looked at that but the wires seemed tightly packed so I was leery of pushing something through there. I’ll look at it again.

The grommet is plenty big enough to poke an extra hole in. I have a power wire for my amp and switch harnesses for two led lights running through mine

Ahh, yep, they mentioned slitting the grommet off to the side and make a new hole. That makes sense.
    Thanks guys.

EDIT: Got it! Was able to run both the boost and AFR cables thru the new slit.
    Thanks again everyone.

I just took a kabar and expanded the existing hole with a big slit and ran wires for lights and the line for my boost gauge through it

sorry to dig this up from so long ago, but I'm seeing all kinds of aftermarket fuel pumps on URD. Is that not what you were referring to?

Pump is only part of the solution. Bigger fuel injectors will ne needed as well, along with custom tunes to control them. Hopefully URD comes out with a seventh injector kit for the 3.5L (or maybe the one for the 4.0L could work) as 1 additional injectorer is a lot easier to tune than 6.
