-15$ for a log grabber
-10$ in metal grinder wheels

my cousin is cutting a 1/2” steel plate for the top. 0$
(But 50$ for his troubles)

Scary story
Got on the quad to head up the mountain and check my cameras . Woods are 4” hard pack frozen solid snow and ice . Pretty steep logging road to go up . Around 250 yards up hill ,steep . Made it 25 yards from the top in 4WD and started sliding backwards. Quad spun sideways out of control picking up speed headed back down the hill ! Swung my leg over so both my feet were on the high side ,still hands on the steering. Picking up speed ,lots of trees. Said to myself , self , time to bail Jumped off the high side and watched her go sideways picking up speed through the woods back out on the logging road . Smashed into two small trees sideways and stopped PHEW that was close , no damage . Walked the rest of the way up to cameras. Had to manipulate the machine the rest of the way back down the logging road to get her home . Slipping and sliding the rest of the way down hill .It will be a while before I check those cameras again.
