    The Tacoma took me safely all up and down the East Coast to allow me to say goodbye to my Mom for the last time. While I was in Fredericksburg I got my plugs swapped out and an oil change, usually things I do myself. The guys really took care of the truck. Lots of gas station stops, including a Sam's Club pump that took 25 minutes to get 15 gallons and resulted in about a 10 ounce splash over! Here's hoping for another 125K miles with minimal issues!

    Tightened up all the bolts in the door that hold the window track. Window was out of the rubber track by the B post so it didn’t work too well. Shined up the headlights and cleaned and painted surface rust on the frame.     Deep tissue massage, added the finishing touches to clear these 35” tires. Big thanks to Built by Bruno for taking on this project and taking time to do the little things like unbolt the DRT mount and secure the compressor wiring harness safely away from the tire. He also installed the DRT CMR for me, if you’re in Orlando and need that done, he’s the dude.

    So I measured the truck today after 100 miles on the new suspension. It’s spot on with a 2.25” lift in the front and 3” lift in the rear. So that chart is accurate.
