I personally used the wiper fuse under the dash. I was hesitant to use the ECU or airbag fuses. But, if you use a fuse tap, you just need to choose one that is on with ignition, which you probably already knew.

I don't know but the mirror cover pops off with a little persuasion and a trim removal tool. You can find out pretty quick.

This only works if you have the fancy nancy rear view mirror with the compass and Homelink. The lowly SR doesn't have this so I had to run wires down to the fuse block on the drivers side. Didn't want to cut or tap into wires so I used a fuse tap. Then I had to order a MESO fuse block cover because the OEM wouldn't fit over the fuse tap.

Thanks. I'm assuming our fuse blocks are left side line, right side load if your looking at it straight on?

You might not want to read this but Motevec from Rock Auto are SPCs for $400. There is a thread on here with a part number for the correct ones. I bought some in December and they are the newest version come with SPC instructions, stamped etc. Just in a different box.

Yup idling will do that, since you are burning gas going nowhere the computer mpg's go way down. Taking the range numbers down with it, not really accurate. The other day I fill up jump on the highway, my range was 277 roughly, after driving 25 miles it was still in the 260's.

Wouldn’t you want it on when it’s parked and you are away from it?

mine doesn't have parking mode on either (it has it) but i just don't trust the battery drain on these things. Even with the preset shut off.
My trust issues with inanimate objects, lol.

I actually do. I went to Ace Hardware and did the bag your own. The SKU/Part Number was 08236-70114. They were $0.45/ea. They're M5-0.8x20mm

My favorite part of this mod is there are many non-climbers using this handmade chalk bag from San Diego. This company, static?, should just make a specific Tacoma water bottle holder. I just used one on sale from REI, it’s black and I didn’t have to add any screws or any support pieces.

so Taylor does basically have a “Tacoma setup” where she replaces the fleece liner with nylon(I think) and then makes the straps smaller to hold the rod that secures it. I forget the other options but she sends you the list of options when you purchase the bag, just note you are a Taco guy.
