Does anyone make or know of a head unit harness adapter

Trying to upgrade this old head unit to the newer infotainment 3.0, that comes in the newer year models. Does anyone have a source where I can get a plug and play harness adapter?

 

I am trying to upgrade to the unit seen in the photo.

 

Its been many years but in the past Crutchfield had some pretty good tech reps working their phones who may be able to one tell you if what you want to do is possible and two if there is an existing adapter harness out there.
