OP, stop obsessing over this. Let your insurance company handle it. They'll worry about collecting from the other insurance company. It's called subrogation and insurance companies deal with it every fricking day.

I also talked with USAA and lowered my deductible; It was previously $1,000 across the board. Now, it's $100 for collision and ZERO for comprehensive!

Newest vehicle I've ever seen with a factory AM radio was a 1994 Ford F150 that I saw on eBay; It was very oddly-optioned truck! It was a base model supercab, with 4WD, the 4.9L inline-6 engine, 5-speed stick, and cruise control, but no A/C and no other options!
