How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

    It is entirely possible that Toyota is falling behind where distribution is concerned. All of the problems of logistical issues may be catching up to them.
    I know VW is having issues getting new Golf GTi’s from Wolfsburg Germany to the states because of transportation and supply issues.

    MGM at Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa, CA (Straight MSRP)
    AG at Stapp Interstate Toyota, Fredrick, CO (MSRP + $600)

    Was that the AG at stapp without the LED lamps?

    If so, I passed on it for that reason two weeks ago.

    Just heard from McDonald Toyota today. Was told they will not honor my deposit and refunding me today. Ugh so frustrating. I was first on their list for any Pro that was not Black. Because of this I didn’t even bother putting deposits anywhere else. And everywhere in NM they are up charging 10k. I don’t know what to do now…

    Yeah i think i have to tone it down and be more patient. Told me production starts 2-21. I guess thats the date its starts being built

    I wound up finding a freshly delivered silver metallic in MT w/ premium pkg today and placed a deposit; will pickup tomorrow.

    so much hot steam after saying I wasn’t going to settle for anything but AG.


    That being said after 4 months and offers for trucks not even remotely close to what I wanted, and silver being benign to me, I capitulated.

    Paid MSRP + doc fee + $995 for lojack/clear coating BS.

    attempted to negotiate on a tonneau cover, but saw the Diamondback Aluminum cover and decided I didn’t want the toyota one since the black aluminum cover contrasts so nice with silver.


    *stops obsessing over allocations now*

    Congrats. the allocation obsession continues, for me. Called a dealership in Chicago that had a TRD OR DCLB in Silver but they wanted a 5k out-of-state, so F U adjustment.
