285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
I have the same setup and it is not stiff. Articulation off-road is good as well. On my previous ‘17 taco I also added the same setup but kept the overload leafs in because I had a shell.

No problem. For the headstrong aals they said to take it out but i know icon aals you can leave the overload springs in. It didnt matter much to me either because I dont really tow either.

    Thanks, guys.

Diverting funds for mods (suspension, lights, HU, wheels, tires, etc) has not been an issue. My wife calls it my adult LEGO.
Actually, my she has been egging me on to buy another truck as she likes the way this one sits/rides. :anonymous:

Been wanting to do this @MESO mod forever. KC V2s arrived today. Going to have a buddy try and help me wire this up since I’m electrically illiterate.
I plan on doing the 3 middle lights as red brake lights. I’m not sure whether to go diffused white or clear white on the ends as my door open / bed lights. Thoughts? I’ve never used cyclones before. Would you go clear or diffused for your truck bed area / surround 3rd brake light area. Thanks as always TacomaWorld Peeps

I'd go diffused, but I'd also do 3 whites and 2 reds, and hook up the whites to a "Your high-beams look great, asshole" switch.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
How about a white one in the middle to illuminate the bed and 2 white on the outside for off road illumination.
