What size tires and lift? That came out perfect.

 

Rough country 3.5" lift with BFG AT 285/70 on FSW 4TR 17x8.5

Had the lift put on yesterday by the dealer. Went with 1 1/2” in the front rather than the 2”. Also tossed on the black badges. Still waiting to get it in and get bumper replaced.

Splurged a bit with that 20% sale. Have a TRD skid plate and rigid fogs coming soon.

 

Really sharp setup - diggin' those wheels! Nice to see something different...very cool.

 

Yay!! I tried to have a premium TRD OR allocated back at beginning of January after one dealer had a 6k mark up. They told me it could be eight weeks to 16 weeks. But that I thought it was easier to get them the pro that I originally wanted. Finally called some other dealerships and they told me good luck but I’d be waiting a whole year. So I looked around the entire country, I am in Texas currently but I was able to find one out of state that they just got notice of being built. I immediately put a deposit on it. Suppose to go into production March 9th. I was hoping they could drop it off close by to me but it’s being made in Mexico so it has to go by train to Kansas City then to the dealer outside St. Louis. They told me they’re not being built in San Antonio anymore that they’re only making the tundra there now. Any truth to that? Being a Texan we take great pride in our state lol was hoping to have the built by Texans in Texas sticker but just happy to have found one and not have to wait a year for it.

 

Better make a hole in the wall because it’s coming from Mexico

 

Whatchu mean? They have quality control issues?

 

I'm picking up one of this baby with KDSS in early April. Lunar is rocking it (for me.)

Oooo Me too! I just put down my deposit on an unborn 2022 TRD off road in Lunar Rock. She wont arrive until April. Kinda want to have a truck baby shower and a registery at 4WParts . I have some big decisions. Titanium or matte black method 704s and will I gamble on the new baja boss tire . I cant wait for my Lunar Rocketship.

 

Hate to burst your bubble but a Tacoma is not a rocket ship Hopefully you don’t have to wait too long for it.

 

After a 2.7 with heavy load E tires (60lbs + at least 30 for wheel), I promise, it will feel like a rocketship. more than that, I build rocketships- I can over complicate ANYTHING.
