So I don't have any fancy measuring tools. To me, it appears to be around 1.75 mm thick for the Stainless Steel one I have. I attached a picture, but note the camera angle I think makes it look a little thinner. Hope this helps, but hopefully the manufacturer replies with the exact specs.

Our Aluminum Cat Shield is 14 gauge and our 304 Stainless Steel Cat Shield is 16 gauge.

    None yet.....
It looks like if you have a skid plate, you can remove it without having to do anything with the shield, correct? Having to remove both to do an oil change would be a chore.

I’d like to know as well. Frame is pretty much similar if not the same

We're working on a 2.7L 4WD Cat Shield but it won't be available for some time. Unfortunately, our 2.7L 2WD cannot be modified to fit the 2.7L 4WD as the undercarriage is completely different. You can contact us at info@millercat.com to be added to our waitlist.

    Just getting started.
@MillerCATCorp can this be installed without lifting the truck (2018 TRD OR)?

You most likely could install this Cat Shield without lifting the truck but it'll definitely be a tight squeeze.

Yes, there is no interference from the Cat Shield when changing your oil.
