Dude I fork over like 30% of my pay, opt into the highest witholding, and still get pennies returned to me each year.

Those sumbitches take so so much and never give back to me. Meanwhile friends are getting thousands back every year while paying maybe half what I pay.

Wife and I are in highest withholding as well. 2020 we even made extra quarterly payments and still ended up having to pay more. Expecting something similar this year... but o well, it is what it is...

I welcome the sweet embrace of death.

 

After a decade of having one, my accountant said to me a few years ago it's not worth the expense unless you generate $200K or more (including quarterly filings, etc.) Things may have changed, I just don't personally have the wherewithal to deal with that.

Yeah the fairlead pocket is the only way to go IMO. Can't stand when the fairlead points at the dirt as you mentioned, lazy/bad design
