Evening ya'll. It sounds like some of you are getting hammered by the storm. We’re still waiting on it down here. It’s been gray and nasty looking all day but other than 15-25 mph winds with some 40 mph gusts we haven’t had anything- yet. Looks like the squall line will hit us about midnight, oh boy

I have a co worker who has a leaking valve. I make a mention on occasion for him get off those cigarettes because if I can do it anyone can. As a friend and coworker I won't hound him daily I'll just mention it once in a while.

Going to get colder and maybe some wind and rain here. We’re fortunate to live near the foothills of NC. We have the mountains which shear the storm line moving across the plains. Unless it’s moving in from the south or off the coast it’s rarely an issue. @US Marine should’ve moved further east.

should i go to South Dakota? Really liked the Black Hills when I was there 3 years ago.
or should I go hang out with @Cuffs ? Never been to the Grand Canyon, bout time I get a new stamp in my NPS passport
or should I head to the Oregon coast and crash @CVYota 's villa?

I'm up late with a high heart rate after the spinal injection. Down to 85bpm from high 90's earlier. The doc reminded me that the steroids can cause flushing and these side effects. On the plus side; NO BACK PAIN! (and I can walk upright again) Hope everyone else is doing well- reading prior posts now...

I had a 12 lead done last year because they saw something in my last one from years ago. Doc said after the stress test that a had a minute leaky valve but at my age many people do. Off the record the nurse told me I was healthy as a horse. I hope yours is a less severe one as well. It's a great time to be old given the advancements in medicine lately.

    Good morning >50
On todays agenda is to lay tile in the bathroom. I have a 4 day weekend to return that bathroom to fully functional once more. Have a good day and watch those early weather changing storms.
