Is this a Toyota product or aftermarket? Had an OEM set up in my F150 and it was sorta nice to have.

I believe I have auto-dim as I have a green light on it.

 

This is gentex home link. It looks exactly like oem. Works perfect. It is definitely nice to have as I have a gate and two doors at different locations to open. Was a must have for me

If you have the green light this will go in in about 3 min. Programming instructions are online and easy to do

 

What color is the display red/orange or blue?

 

damn. I don’t remember.. I feel like it was green? It didn’t match the interior light tho I do remember that. Never bothered me, I thought it would

 

Haha I have the same one, but the light is red and my Tacoma is the blue. It drives me nuts. If you could confirm the color I may be interested.

 

I feel like it’s green. I can run it to my brothers house he has a 21 abs I’ll double check.. I do know it isn’t blue like the trucks

 

All good. I’m just in the hunt for this mirror with the blue or maybe green if I like backlight.

Not that I know of. I never looked into it tho.

 

It’s not backlit with a light. The digital display board is the light.

Could you send a picture of the back of the mirror showing the plug and model #? I’m interested in seeing if this will work in my 2nd Gen if I can get the right wiring harness.

 

I can when I get home.. it’s the 12pin. If you have Auto dimming I’m sure it will work

 

Had this on my phone. That’s the plug it takes.. the dash cam and dongle have been sold but that is the same plug it takes. Model number to come

Thank you, based on the looks of the plug I don’t think it’ll work on my truck. I think my connector has 14 pins. I’ll have to check to confirm
