Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

One of my favorite episodes is when Sanford and Lamont won a trip to Hawaii. Lamont comes rushing in to tell Sanford that he overheard how much a room costs per night (I think it was $140). Sanford says something like, "Well don't step on the carpet!"

I bored those out to 28mm like the boss told me. He just brought it back out and said he told me wrong, they are supposed to be 24mm

How do you even fix that?

 

Customer ordered 2 more, I'll do them when they come in.

 

Cole made some pen holders. Said he’s gonna sell em in the store.

 

No idea what this thing does but making some mount plates for it.

 

Let him sell the first one then say ok you've got to pay me a dealer fee. Ante up son.

*sigh* yet another day of not being able to use the milling machine without significant cleaning. I don't mind cleaning it if it was my mess...

 

I'd be pulling someone across the shop to clean that up.

 

And once again on sawmill carnage... this is the bushing that connects our vibrator bed, to the eccentric shaft that makes it vibrate. It's not supposed to be in three pieces.
