Question on OME Coils: 886 vs 888

    Glad it was helpful.

    A year in, no regrets. Swapped out the needle bearing for the ECGS bushing and rocking the RSI.

    22k miles since I installed the lift last year.

    in terms of ride quality do you think the 886 would be a good option if no weight is added, front or rear? Hoping it would keep the front at a slightly higher lift?

    I would say yes, the only weight I have are sliders and the cap on the back. Without those, I probably would have maintained the factory rake that I at times wish I still had, it’s more level now than I’d like as based on that I’ve considered adding a leaf, but I don’t necessarily want the back firmer than it is now - I like the ride quality, but I wish it was a little more rake / less level (personal opinion obviously, a lot of people are looking for level).

    4th year in w my 888's and no sag whatsoever.. its when you add weight is when you'll get sag..
