    Funny how some companies do exit interviews, and some don't. The first two companies I worked for (I'm talking post college, professional jobs) I got laid off from, and other than one of them where my boss came by to take possession of my laptop and ID badge, I have no interaction at all. The next two jobs I had were both "work from anywhere", so all I did was ship my laptop back to the company. Have never had an exit interview in my life.
