In the console. I also have my ham speaker behind it. And I know, it's a mess. Haha. I do sometimes curse it when I have a big coffee mug and need to access it to manually increase the brakes, but that isn't very often.

Put my P3 in the little cubby right by the right knee. Easy to take out when not using it. Just cut a hole in the back to allow the connector to come thru.

pmstoy10 & potstech thanks for the fast reply.
My console already has the aftermarket sirius mounted there.
I thought above the chubby above my right knee.

Not sure what brand or model it is anymore, but I put it here:

Pay no attention to the right side of the cubby...it's loose, and I can't seem to figure out what's holding it out, but that's not because of the controller. It was in for a year or more and the cubby fit great until some dumbass pulled it out to do some more wiring and...something changed...now it won't stay up. I'm not gonna name any names, but it was ME. :)

There is a little clip on the right side of the cubby what fits in the rectangular spot you see in the picture it may be you broke the tab.

Yea, I figure when I get more time I'll take it out...again lol....and see if I can't find out the problem. I'll definitely check out those tabs...thanks for that.

same here. It’s a real bitch. There isn’t a square surface in the truck to mount it to. I swear.

Did you have to remove any plastic from the rear of the tray?

Yeah I used a dremel to cut out the back to slide the controller in. Cut the hole tight enough that I didn’t have to screw the controller down. If I ever want to remove the controller you can pick up a new cubby door for dirt cheap

Nice job. I was thinking about doing the same. I sacrificed the “right knee cubby” as I use the one you used for my inreach mini.

I have a 6 speed so I don’t have a right knee cubby, that’s where my parking brake is

Redarc controller, under the center console. Only thing visible is the controller knob. I second the redarc!B5B1A86C-9434-47C4-8402-EB16A5541FFB.jpg

^ I've never seen that before, definitely will be switching to that. I love it, nicely done you two.

That Redarc is very clean looking; I'd definitely go that way if I were installing one today.

The bracket for my Tekonsha is below the drop down cubby on the left side; I remove the controller when not in use.
