    damn why so much in shipping? i got a set of 4 matter gray shipping was $110. but in hindsight i should have opted to pick them up ( tat dealer is 30 miles away from my house or job.

    now im just waiting for them to ship the parts. their email only shows confirmed payment.

    That's some bs, if they can't sell a part then why is it available for sale on their parts website lmao?
    I got the Lock kit from Jim Ellis with some cam bolts and they shipped with no issues.

    I had a similar issue, I paid 1113.28 shipped for a paid of Trd pro headlights , the dealer canceled my order and when I called they said I reorder . I went to reorder it keep in mind this was a hour after they canceled the order , now the price went up 280 to almost 1400 . I called and had some words with the manager and he said they would honor the original order . Still no tracking number and that was Monday .

    this is usually a discrepancy between the parts department and the service writers/parts sales man. if service writer don tell the parts department ( inventory guys) that they need to keep an internal stock of X they just put everything available on the website.

    another possibility is sales did not want to loose so many hot ticket items they can add to a new car or to sell with a mark up

    Nope. But I received two tracking numbers and they are on the way from GA with an ETA of Tuesday.

    You may need to give them another call and rip into them

    Received my tailgate lock yesterday from the dealer. I ordered LED headlights also but they canceled the order and basically told me to pay full price or don’t, they could care less.

    TRD skid plate arrived yesterday. That thing weighs a ton. Being aluminum I wasn’t expecting that. Installed and looks great. Now...what to do with the two stock panels? Not sure if they’ll fit in the trash dumpster.
