Our ceo had a video chat town hall a couple weeks ago. Someone asked about raises, he replied that they’re aware things are weird and they need to work to retain people. Raises will be “robust.” We shall see!

 

I've been watching these trash buildings being renovated for apartments since 2019 and the prices these things sell for is crazy and most are already sold out. 0 bedroom/1bedrooms for over $1500. That's more than my house mortgage.
