It's every day. Same with the lathe if he ever tries to run that. And our other drill press. There's zero shop courtesy/care here unless I do it.

Apparently there's a blizzard at home, the kids got the day off of school and campus closed so I get a vacation day back.

Meanwhile, the view from our condo this morning.

Shrimp was a bit overcooked but the gluten free pasta was surprisingly amazing.

I understand getting busy or running out of time, things do happen after all -- however, stuff like that just ticks a guy right the :censored: off...

First full day here so it was filled with getting her Covid test done for the conference, buying groceries and hunting down the beach I didn't make it to last time in the Mustang because it's the world's worst road. The Jeep was quite horrible on that road, too, but at least we made it this time. I won't be going back.

Tomorrow we're going on a hike on the Napali Coast. I went alone last time a d have wanted to do that again with her but last time the road was washed out. Fingers crossed the weather cooperates.

    Re: new poll….

If you're in an area that gets TV signals OTA, you’re best to cut the cord, get an antenna and stream the rest.

We had a cottage down in MA, got a couple of ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, and a ton of PBS and some independent stations. HD signals not compressed and uncompressed like in a shitty cable system- clearest pic and 5.1 surround we ever had.

That is just being lazy! Do the higher ups just not care ?

They are glad to be paying you to clean the shop?

When I had issues like this it was documented on my paper work when the owner found out he was losing billable hours it was fixed fast

    Good Luck

I feel your pain not even a completely free vacation would entice me back.

Going back to -50 F once was enough
