good, good. my plan has worked!

i keep a axe in the trucks. have since highschool. never know when i need it. but with winds out here.. sometimes you do need it randomly LOL

 

I stopped carrying an axe. Hatchet and chainsaw is where it's at. The hatchet is always in the truck box.

I had a gap similar to this when I cleaned mine. but I have no kind of codes showing up, and my idle is just fine. Would this make my gas milage go down, because that's the only issue I'm having right now. Engine runs fine, Rpms are good and the transmission shifts good. My milage has gone down about 3-4 mpg in the last couple of months. I know winter gas causes lower mpg's but was wondering about the TB gap.

Stopped at Trail Gear and did a road side install of a new Vehicle Speed Sensor adapter.

 

washer fluid reservoir inlet cracked, applied epoxy to it rather than spending $50 on a new one.

 

Rust repair I've done myself but all of those sound equally as terrifying

 

I'm going to try to do a compression test this weekend and check cam phasing and shim clearances. It sounds like there's no reason I should be getting the mileage I am unless there's something seriously wrong.
Realistically I get about 12mpgs now (or less), city.

 

Anyone know if I leave my Jackery240 plugged to car battery while car is off will it ddain my battery dead or does it have a built in sysytem where it protects the battery?

 

I bought a spare from ebay junkyard in San Diego. It worked so well I haven't sent my old one to Maxbore yet.

I find a chainsaw and splitter axe is the best for me. But I enjoy splitting wood while I’m out camping

Made some progress on the air to water intercooler setup. Still some mount brackets and wiring the pump to something that on when the truck is running.
