Rear Door Damaged in Accident - is she totalled?

Was t boned last night. Rear passenger door no longer opens and seems unlatched. Is she totalled?

New door, a little body work, some paint.

 

It'll buff right out with some 1 Tons and 40s.

 

Not totaled, $6k is my guess.

 

I am no an insurance adjuster expert, but that looks a long way from totaled to me unless the frame is totally FUBAR.

 

Guessing $3500 to $4000 in damage.

 

How much dmg is under the truck & is the bed fucked up? If you got both & whats in the pic - thats an easy 8-10k.

I don't normally participate in these threads, but IMHO that's not even close to total loss.

 

Not an insurance person but its probably not totaled unless there is some damage somewhere that cant be seen in the pictures.

Not sure what insurance company you have that would even consider your truck anywhere near being totaled. You do realize the insurance companies use around 80% of the vehicles value as the totaled threshold so a vehicle valued at $35k would need over $28,000 worth of damage.

I'm not seeing $28,000 worth of damage to your truck.
