Yeah, that’s what I’ve always seen. Maybe that’s what they meant by gate?

The gate melts later, but the signs stay

Does anyone else use recovery straps for things not really related to 4wheeling?

Here I am recovering an empty keg that was too big for my kegerator.

Does a recover strap and a winch to pull tighten a fence install counts? LoL!

I’m only about an hour from Bald Mountain. Never explored there. Is it worth it to head up there solo today and look around?

I’m on 33s and we should meet up there one of these days. I don’t really have any wheelin’ buddies in the area either

Presidential Bloody Sunday! Today's garnish consists of pickle, asparagus, carrot, bacon, and one of Whitebutler's famous deviled eggs.
    Cheers boys!

I'm still proud of the time that I used a tree saver to actually save a tree - pulled a tree that was uprooted by a storm back upright. (This was last summer, the tree still seems to be doing fine.)

    Yeah!
I broke my sternum, collar bone and a bunch of ribs a few year ago. I rigged up my recovery strap to my bed so I could pull on it to get myself in and out of bed. Worked great!

I broke some ribs in a rock climbing accident right in the middle of allergy season. Sneezing with broken ribs was awful.

Yup…super bad. Ive gotten good at staving off sneezes.
I still have a lot pain when I sneeze at the two chest tube sites I had. As long as I put a good amount of pressure on them it doesn’t hurt so much. Coughing too much not as bad.

Quite the weekend. Trona Pinnacles, various trails in Death Valley, some 395 action, a little bit of gambling in South Lake Tahoe, and pulling an old F150 out of a snowbank on 50. Big photodump coming in a day or three.
