Might I make a suggestion....if this is trifold hard cover with only the little bedrail brackets front and rear, which it appears to be, in addition to those I use bedrail cleats to secure the front 2 sections with straps to crossbars. Almost lost mine on frwy once so I use semi perm serious straps around the crossbars bars under the cover and thru bedrail cleat on front section and then a quicker release smaller strap same way on center section and just leave the rear section as it comes with clamp and bedrail bracket. this way no one is able to jostle it loose to steal it or take stuff from bed and it will not fly away on freeway. this will allow quick access if just needing the back section opened and easy removal of center straps if you need to fold it all the way up but not remove from truck. yeah, it's a process but it'll always be there. a locking tailgate enhances things a bit more but I still don't just trust that totally or leave anything of value in there when not needed.

Finally hand washed my truck, first time in a few months. Got the cracked windshield replaced & modded the fog lights so I can use them while in high beam and while the headlights are turned off.

Is that just a new ARB bumper though? The ones I have seen for 2nd gens are the more squared ones, only seen the rounded ones for 3rd gens.

Been thinking about finding a 3rd gen one for my 2nd.

Changed up the rear seat deck a little bit. When I built the shelf I didn't have the sub box laying on top of it so I was able to open up the panel to access the area where the jack was stored. Once the subs went on top well, I obviously couldn't. Cut it and added a piano hinge to let me access that area.20D32C6D-97B3-45F1-9A87-6E0B93888FD2.jpg

Installed the Toyota master cylinder after a bench bleed. Bled the brakes, and problem solved. I have full braking power again without a sinking pedal. I also figured out that the reason the truck rocked like a boat when I was finally able to get brakes manually engaged, was because it was the rear drums finally catching.

Only needed one scuba tank that the guy had them for cheap enough I just got them both.

So the tank pulse adapter and a Quick connector and I got a portable air tank it’s about 3000 psi when filled but it’s regulated down to 125 pounds at the Valve.
Found where somebody else did some calculations and figuring airing down from 35 to 15 one tank would fill about 40 to 50 tires. Local scuba shop charges $3 to fill a 80 ft.³ tank like this. So airing up will take about two minutes or less and airing down will take about two minutes.
