Installed prp seats today

 

Took it for a 1350 mile trip to Big Bend for my Birthday.

 

And it's all for free which is about what most of it is worth.

 

That PS300 is great. That's our number one seller. Sold one yesterday and today. As far as maintaining it, it's a good idea to lube the deck every 500 miles, which usually is once or twice a year. Real easy to do. You can try Google for a cover. Never had anyone ask for a treadmill cover though. Mine is in my garage and is ten years old and still works fine, and it gets humid here.

It wasn't too bad of a job. I have the installation tool, I think it helped a lot. I put the bushing in the freezer for a few hours until needed. I think that helped installation quite a bit. It tapped right in, no issues. Worst part was getting the CV out, but wasn't awful.

Now you just need some 3 point seat belts.

 

What method did you use to remove the axle? Pry bar? Or chain/strap attached to a big hammer?

 

Took advantage of the "heat wave" and got a quick wash in today.

Those racing type seat belts is what I meant.

 

The local dealer tells me the Cement Sport AC MT, w/led lights I ordered last early March, should be here mid March - but it will be a Barcelona red AC MT, seeing your BR truck in the sun, I am thinking I can make it work!

 

Pry bar and hammer. Put the bar on the flat spots and catch the edge of the CV housing. Same in reverse for installation.

Hit a milestone today. Or should I say kilometrestone?

 

Reinstalled the carrier bearing drop kit and the front differential drop kit since after removing them one by one and installing them one by one didn’t eliminate the vibration after installing the 5100’s with the rear AAL. The vibration is from 22-26 mph and from 47-50 mph. At the 22-26 mph range, I put it in 4WD and that did not eliminate it, so hoping tomorrows alignment will eliminate it - especially since the vibration is only in the steering wheel. Definitely have some positive camber right now. Also went ahead and installed my Baja Design amber fog lights. They’re not going to be hooked up until my Switch-Pro arrives, but at least they’re mounted! Do love the stance better with the new 265/75R16 Falkens!
