A Prius with the standard non-JBL stereo would actually be a blank canvas for an audiophile like me, the more I think about it; A Prius has a lot more space for, say, a 12" sub...



My truck has no room for a 12" sub; I have no doubt that I could build a stereo system in this Prius that blows not only the upgraded factory JBL system out of the water, but the space-limited aftermarket setup I've got in my truck as well!

If last week's metal pipe incident had not ended happily for my truck, I could seriously see myself buying this Prius!

 

The Dealer gave me a loaner Prius once, it was ok but to me it had such a disconnected feel. Honestly it felt like they took a stove or refrigerator and attached a steering wheel to it.

 

I would agree to an extent (I was impressed with the one I test drove a year ago), but with gas prices the way they are, 50 MPG sounds pretty damn good right about now!

 

Right l am not bashing on them, if you are just concerned about getting from point A to B efficiently then they are fine. If you were looking at Tacoma's the 3rd Gen would get you better MPG over the 2nd.

Under the front seats is common in pickups. Or on their side behind the seats, though it's probably pretty tight there in a regular cab.

Also maybe not 12"... 8" fer sher.

 

Simple if you know how, my brother..

Or maybe 12"s..make that definitely possible for 12"s

 

Without losing the ability to put the seat all the back?!?!

I've see used cars, for example, for $4,500 or $9,999; These prices seem kind of random...

Perhaps they include the various fees like tax, tags, title, etc...?

 

Yes, it's a Corolla and it's in really good shape, but it's still a 10-year old car with over 150K miles! This is the type of car you pay $5,000-$6,000 for as a first car for your teenager, not a $12K car...

 

I was surprised to see that it had variable intermittent wipers though!
