Is there anyone in the Northern NJ area that would want to trade a cheap roll up tonneau cover for my cheap tri fold cover? I bought it new on Facebook for $225. It's brand new in the box still since I haven't received my truck yet. After I bought the cover I got a good deal on a bed rack which I know will not work with a tri fold. I'm sure I can modify a roll up cover to work with it though. I dont care if your roll up cover is used as long as it's in decent condition. Let me know!

If nobody bites by the time my truck comes, I will attempt to modify my tri fold to work with the victory 4x4 full height rack and then buy a roll up tonneau when I destroy it lol

I use a cheap soft tri-fold with my KB Voodoo rack. Although the cover cannot open when the rack is on, I can still get inside through the tailgate. I can also unclip the end and lift it up a few inches if I need something to stick out of the cover.

    Works for me.

Do you have a pic of both installed?

Since the victory 4x4 rack is only 4 post and not 6, I'm thinking of modifying the supports on the rear most section of the tonneau to allow it to collapse enough to fold underneath the rear part of the rack. I just figure that it'll be much easier to modify a roll up than a tri fold. But it was cheap enough that if nobody wants to swap I will definitely try lol

Are you getting this one: https://www.victory4x4.com/product/VT23XBR.html

I searched for months to find a bedrack that works with the tonneau cover. I think I found one combo but it wasn't Victory 4x4. Curious if someone found a way to make it work.

This is the only rack on the market that will allow your cover to roll up: https://www.max-modular.com/toyota-tacoma-bed-racks/utility-rack-for-tonneau-covers

But you probably want a rack that is similar in style to the one you already have.

Your best options are a BAK Revolver, or a Retrax cover.

We make options for both of those that will allow the covers to completely open: https://www.max-modular.com/toyota-tacoma-bed-racks

Not the best photo and certainly not an updated one, but here you go. If you zoom in, you can see there is some room on the bracket for the rack and cover.
