Hey y’all, what are your thoughts on mounting a fire extinguisher on the bed rack? I have a great spot to put it, but I want y’all’s opinion

On the floor in front of or behind the driver seat is usually where you see them.

i know that the rafting companies are fighting this year about pay and it seems like quite the shit show. Id love to go rafting more than just when visitors come in to town or on my own travels. I took kayaking in College for three semesters and really enjoyed it but slow Alabama streams are much different and I never found a group or an in to get started here.

get a Halotron extinguisher then. You'll save your vehicle and won't corrode every single little nook and cranny as opposed as an ABC fire extinguisher

last thing you want to be doing is searching for that extinguisher in the sloppy mud or snow when your seat heaters catch on fire. Just sayin, near the driver is preferred.

After using those small, automotive standard fire extinguishers in years past, I dug a little deeper for the Element. It lives in the top of the console, or in the glove box. If you know how to use a road flare (are they even a thing anymore?), you can use an Element.

Too real, someone broke into my dad's jeep and dumped the extinguisher inside. That shit was EVERYWHERE. Forever.
