    Just spoke with Shaun at Guild Outfitters. There going to hook me up with a new harness. Fantastic customer service. I’m sure in stuffing the harness in the a-pillar it got bent a little to far and pulled a pin.

    Hey fellas. Good news. After fiddling with the harness and checking every pin seating with some tweezers, I tried again and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks for the help and I’ll keep you posted! Never found a wire to “click” into place but I made sure they were all seated well.

    The socket tab could be bent, which will reduce the click you’d hear. If it comes loose again just let Shaun know and he’ll get you a replacement :thumbsup:

    For the life of me I cannot get the male clip undone. I know in theory how it is supposed to work, but all it does is bend the connector.

    Fuckin finally.

    Yeah, I wasn't sure if I'd damage it, so I left the clip installed.

    Fronts done. I managed to hook my wire hanger on my tweeter so that took me a lot longer to get sorted out. Don't take on projects while having a massive headache.

    I'm going to finally tackle my rears tomorrow. I'm hoping to find a way to hide the wires except where they have to come up under the seats - really dislike having loose wires visible.

    When you order the front kit, and select the rear add-on, all of them are supposed to be the same color, right? :rofl:

    Nice weather and my fronts & backs arrived from @memario1214. Very happy with the way they look! I decided to run the rears underneather the front seats and they put off plenty of light. I still have the extra 2" extension plus a 4' extension I ordered from VLED, so I can move them around later if I decide.

    Installed my front and rears today. I also hooked them up to a switch so I can turn off when they are dim while driving. Also to install the rears I didn't have to pull the trim between the two doors. Used a piece of 12-2 house wire as a fish tape...

    The only issue I have is that when I hit the switch to turn them off the upper light in the switch does not go on.

    Other then that I like them.

    I have a few different coils of romex in my tool box 10 & 12g that I haven’t used in literal decades. I feel your pain man.


    Also, I forgot to mention, @kmorgan3 good job on this kit. It’s well put together, easy to install and a snazzy upgrade for sure. Also props on the mini screwdriver. I can use that for my PWM fan controller too :fistbump:

    Nobody that I am aware of including VLEDS has any reds left in stock (Guild or someone else could though). I did accidentally send @TheCochese a rear set of reds that we may be able to coordinate a deal on @GrizzledBastard :notsure:
